Self experiment: do vitamins do anything? Normally I roll my eyes at vitamins and just tell say, eat more healthy food, but I’m curious to see if they can fix a specific ailment.
I have extremely weak fingernails (they crack, they peel, and they’re very soft) and I’m curious to see if taking these things will do anything. Not much else has worked in the past (meaning eating more gelatin) so if it does, awesome! Good nails for me! If it doesn’t, oh well, I’m out like $10
